Usually when people go to town hall, they should be impressed by architectural splendor. Instead this building appears as if it is hiding from the Luftwaffe. It’s geometry blends to the surrounding environment I doubt even the town citizens will be able to find it. Where as traditional town and city halls are very prominent to announce to it’s citizens they are visible and there to serve.
