This is very innovative and I love it. I search endlessly for Grants and I find some for the “individual” but not many, most go to institutions with the condition it “trickles down” to the people. Well, I believe GRANTS should start going to Home Owners directly ~and~ not take years to receive. If home owners could get “green grants” just imagine how we could save energy consumption in the US! and the world. GEOTHERMAL HEAT and AIR…SOLAR…INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SUCH ASTHIS LOW COST CONCRETE and ROCK BUILDING. In some areas just having a flat roof and putting soiland grass for a nice look out area could save thousands in heating and cooling!
