Jonathan Callan’s Mesmerizing Organic Book Sculptures Are Swirling Masses of Color

Artist <a href="http://nicoleklagsbrun.com/callan_home.html">Jonathan Callan</a> has created these stunning swirling sculptures by folding and wrapping book pages around each other. They become beautiful creative images made up of layers of curled books, and at times resemble a colorful tree-stump and other natural formations. Callan stacks the books together using screws to create enormous, mesmerizing patterns of color.
