Hysan Place is the first LEED Platinum pre-certified building in Hong Kong. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Hysan Development Company Limited, the mixed-use retail and office tower is located in the heart of the city. The tower's LEED Platinum pre-certification status means that USGBC pre-approved the design team's plans, and if the building was built according to spec, it would in theory achieve actual certification. The 36-story tower features natural ventilation, daylighting, sky gardens and a host of other energy-efficient strategies.
