Le Galilée by Studio BellecourStudio Bellecour recently completed construction on a gorgeous green office wrapped in a sweeping wooden solar shade at ZAC Andromede de Blagnac near Toulouse, France. Spotted at Yatzer, Le Gallilée consists of two light and airy offices linked together by an elegantly twisting "sail" of concrete. The complex is shielded from the sun by its beautiful brise soleil and features a state-of-the-art set of green building features to help save energy, cut down on water use, and manage waste.1

Le Galilée by Studio BellecourThe buildings' sun-screening facades feature high-performance glazed windows shielded by a series of wooden ridges that provide ample daylighting while minimizing solar gain on hot days.6
Le Galilée by Studio BellecourWater-efficient fixtures and smart building systems round out the project's eco credentials, and its location next to a wide variety of public transportation helps cut cut down on carbon-heavy commutes.7
Le Galilée by Studio BellecourThe project's bright whit concrete "voile" is a reference to the region's aeronautical industry.8
