The loft’s concrete ceilings, warn by time, are accented by beautiful new timber elements in some rooms and white gallery-esque walls in others. Modern pieces of art now hang on the walls such that the renovated factory doubles as a home and gallery.

Another important aspect to almost all comparable residential-loft renovations is the openness of the floor plan. The space is designed with built-in furniture, an en suite bathroom, and pocket doors, all of which add to the loft’s expansiveness. Wonderful views from wide windows extend from all corners of the apartment, and daylight matriculates into several rooms – a particularly welcome component for any dwelling in grey London.
