This is just crazy for people who work in Paris : instead of providing better common transportation system for commutter (to incentive them to switch from their car to rail for insatnce), Delanoë is excluding working peope from Paris. Paris is more and more for very Riches people who can afford to leave there. If you have a familly and and are a wealthy salaryman, you can not afford to leave in Paris. As the rail system is not working properly and quite inconfortable, especially for families, such a scheme as the one described there will just exclude you from Paris.
