Danish art studio N55’s created a fantastic modular self-sufficient home that can walk to any desired location. The Walking House consist of a basic living module equipped with solar panels and micro windmills. The nomadic home also features a composting toilet; it collects rainwater, and it can be used to grow food.

    Awesome. I want one. One question though… Is it legal to travel with one in the US? Or will I get arrested regardless of what path I take from my home to *insert random destination here*?

    A trailer hitch and two wheels might be cheaper and faster. I guess it’s hard to reinvent the wheel
