Hello Andrew! We wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the Sugar Hill development’s Green initiatives. The Sugar Hill development has been accepted into the NYS Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Multifamily Performance Program and will attain no less than a Silver LEED for Homes certification. Green elements include low-flow fixtures and toilets, energy star appliances, efficient lighting, construction waste management, green roof, low/No-VOC paints and primers, adhesives and sealants, mold prevention, integrated pest management and dedication to selecting healthy building materials.
