The Bubble Chandelier‘s design was originally inspired by the cell-like shape of soap bubbles. Each one is handmade in a process where the recycled bottles are cleaned, cut, and then riveted together.
All of the plastic bottles used to make Bubble Chandeliers are sourced from SURE WE CAN, a non-profit dedicated to helping the homeless help themselves by collecting bottles and cans. If you’re interested in purchasing a beautiful and meaningful piece of art for your home that also takes trash off the streets and creates income for those in need, check out Souda’s collection here.
