    Does the monthly maintenance fee cover a savings account for roof repairs, etc. Are there ever assessments? What about water and heat? I am intrigued.

    this was posted a few months ago. the monthly maintenance is absurd to the point that the article is not worth reading. shame on anyone who charges folks this kind of money, it is sin. and savvy new yorkers would opt instead to buy a larger place to live/share with others in order to afford the obscene cost of living in NYC.
