The renovations, designed by <a href="http://www.shca.com/" target="_blank">Swanke Hayden Connell</a>, will combine the historic architecture of the original façade with a modern <a href="http://inhabitat.com/cubed-maze3-is-a-larger-than-life-maze-made-from-recycled-materials/" target="_blank">glass cube</a> pavilion. The renovation is also reported to use as many green materials as possible.1
