The 5,000 square foot house was designed by Wright in 1949 for engineer A.K. Chahroudi, but never came to fruition, as the engineer couldn’t afford the $50,000 budget. Joseph Massaro then bought the island along with Wright’s original plans, and had the home built as Wright intended from 2003-2007.

This house is so NOT Wright. That stonework is awful, the fireplace is wrong and the stonework in the bedroom is totally different and the owner builder changed dimensions and other details. It's not authentic at all. @EScott: All Wright's houses from the 1930s onward have radiant floors.

Wouldn't you rather have your own private island in Port Orange, Florida. There you can build your dream home island getaway.

My three stepbrothers grew up in the FLW cottage on Petra Island; their father? A.K. Chahroudi

Wright included radiant floor heating in at least one of his designs that I know of so not that big of an 'upgrade'
