Gallery: PHOTOS: Hurricane Sandy Already Flooding Brooklyn and Manhatta...

New Yorkers were told that the brunt of Hurricane Sandy would be coming this afternoon but areas of waterfront Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan are already seeing several feet of flooding.
