We fell in love with green real estate developer Matt Blesso's gorgeous green-roofed NoHo penthouse when we first saw it, and now this eco-luxe property is up for sale. After six years, Blesso has finally decided to sell his hooked-up abode in order to transform another New York apartment into a green escape. The 3,100 square foot penthouse is a beacon of sustainability and even features a lush green roof planted by a curator from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.

The master bedroom is encased in glass, furthering the open and airy feeling, With a flick of a switch, the glass turns translucent, giving privacy to those within.

A staircase leads to the vibrant roof, and is surrounded by plants that climb around a living wall. On the roof, visitors can enjoy a dip in the hot tub that overlooks the East Village, or cook a feast in the outdoor kitchen.
