The custom-designed wall bed can be flipped up to create a small open space that the resident uses for yoga, and the blue-tiled, spa-like bath is separated from the bedroom by an ingenious, floor-to-ceiling short wall of shallow drawers.
In the living room, custom-built sofas can be arranged as either a single L-shaped unit or two separate short sofas opposite one another, or brought together to form a queen-sized guest bed. They, and the dining table (which can be hydraulically raised to a countertop height, for working), have hidden storage compartments underneath that are sized for wide, flat documents such as construction documents–we suspect that the occupant just might be an architect.
As an added treat, the sliding wall is the perfect screening surface for a ceiling-mounted video projector. Somebody get us some popcorn so we can watch Transformers on it!
