The firm's latest project is <a href="http://postgreenhomes.com/customize/?s=0" target="_blank">Avant Garage</a>, a development of four townhouses in Fishtown Proper right behind Palmer Park. These LEED-Platinum-designed three-bed, two-bath houses feature a garage, a backyard and even a green roof garden. Avant Garage is an urban infill project in the Fishtown Proper area with four three story townhomes.
