The design of this great architecture is really a very excellent design.

It looks like a great design for college housing. The moat could reduce the number of entrances to the closed community. Courtyard view provides ‘social moderation’. The interior park/pool could double as a swimming pool and heat sink.

To me, nothing about this building is inviting or feels “green.” The view from the subway makes it look like a burned-out abandoned factory. It’s hideous!

love the building and BIG always executes their concepts spot on… I am however, as a landscape architect, appalled by the lack of attention given to such a potentially awesome interior courtyard… I mean it’s a joke of a design

Hello, the idea is great but the design extremely deceiving, uncreative. It certainly didn’t give me the desire to live there and I’m not sure the designers who conceived the place would!
