Now the spectacular two-bedroom home is <a href="http://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/sales/detail/180-l-776-4415172/hidden-valley-moab-ut-84530" target="_blank">up for sale through Sotheby's </a>and could be yours for only $2.9 million. It's not so much that we're excited to see it up for grabs, but mostly we're thrilled to see the finished home, fully decorated. The <a href="http://www.marmolradzinerprefab.com/custom-homes/hidden-valley" target="_blank">Hidden Valley prefab home</a> features a rooftop solar system and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide an intimate connection with the beautiful red rock landscape.

This 2,500 sq ft <a href="http://www.marmolradzinerprefab.com/custom-homes/hidden-valley" target="_blank">Marmol Radziner prefab home</a> was originally built back at the end of 2006.

Originally, the custom home was built for an active couple on a 100-acre site outside of Moab, Utah.

The site is surrounded by BLM land, which means uninterrupted views of the spectacular red rock desert landscape.

The goal of the home was to blend indoor and outdoor living spaces with the help of expansive decks, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open floor plan.

The home is made up of 15 modules that were constructed in their own factory in California before being shipped to the site in Utah.

The modules arrived on site with pre-installed solar panels, windows, doors, and cabinetry.

Upon arrival, the modules were installed, sealed and hooked up to utilities.

The home is praised for its connection with the outdoors, use of energy efficient low-e windows, daylighting, Energy Star appliances, and use of sustainable materials inside per the <a href="http://www.marmolradzinerprefab.com/how-it-works/green-features" target="_blank">green features</a> of all Marmol Radziner's prefab homes.

The 2,500 sq ft home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is also 1,720 sq feet of outdoor living space.

With three full sides of windows and sliding glass doors, the views in the great room proceed from the south to the west, and finally to the northern views of snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The guest wing with an exercise room opens up to views of the boulder formations on one side and the mountains on the other.
