PRODUCT REVIEW: We Try Out Water-Saving Vege Aqua Fruit and Vegetable Wash

by , 02/10/12

vege aqua, fruit wash, vegetable wash, inhabitat review, fruit and veggie wash, fruit rinse, clean vegetables, e coli, bacteria on fruits, wash produce, produce wash

CONS:

The only thing that we didn’t like about Vege Aqua is that it’s currently shipped from Korea and since it’s a liquid, it’s definitely not light. Since it’s mostly water, it might be possible for the product to be bottled closer to the point of sale to drastically reduce the fuel and energy associated with shipping it.

One other point of improvement might be if Vege Aqua also added e.coli, staphylococcus aureus and other common causes of foodborne illness to the list of bacteria it gets rid of.
