Richardson Apartments: David Baker’s Affordable Housing Project in Hayes Valley Wows Design Enthusiasts at AIA Homes Tours

    It’s fair to say that the work of <a href="http://www.dbarchitect.com/" target="_blank">David Baker + Partners Architects</a> (DB) is an annual favorite of the <a href="http://www.aiasf.org/programs/architecture-and-the-city/" target="_blank">Architecture and the City Festival</a> <a href="http://www.aiasf.org/programs/home-tours/" target="_blank">AIA Home Tours</a> in San Francisco. David Baker's consistent lineup on the roster is a testament to the firm’s engaging, cutting edge design talent. This year we were in for a treat with the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFsV0tpVxHY&amp;feature=youtu.be" target="_blank">Drs.
