On September 22nd you can check out a 2-bedroom LV prefab in Pope Valley, California and on the 23rd see one in Pacifica. Missouri-based Rocio Romero has been designing and building prefab home kits since 1999 and has fabricated over 150 homes. Get a chance to speak with the owners and company representatives to learn more about the contemporary LV series, their eco-friendly features and the prefab process.

    I have built with adobe and its very labor intensive although, excellent for heat and cold insulation.
    I am presently going to build in Patagonia Chile and very interested in this model. Although, advertised price on magazine was considerably lower then stated here. Please contact me. Thanks,
