Schwartz Besnosoff & SO Architecture Unveil Plans For Jerusalem’s New Museum of Nature and Science

The new building will be dynamic and interactive, featuring green roofs, climbing walls, a water cascade and plenty of natural light and ventilation.

    According to the architects, the new Museum of Nature and Science in Jerusalem will be an open structure capable of communicating with the surrounding environment.

    It will consist of a series of interconnected single-story buildings with huge windows for letting natural light in, crossed-ventilation and ‘bringing’ nature inside.

    Each space will be flexible and adaptable to change, and each will have a different atmosphere according to the exhibit.

    There will be galleries, offices, a conference center, study areas, labs and even a planetarium inside.

    Israeli’s unique landscapes could also be experienced onsite, and green roof, themed parks and even a climbing wall is said to be installed.

    Even a water cascade will drop from the roof flowing as a canal that will go through different sections creating a brilliant visual attraction and bringing light and humidity into the building.
