Located on Seal Rocks beach on the east coast of New South Wales in Australia, this beach house features a durable fire-proof exterior with a private interior courtyard that maximizes outdoor space. The home was designed by Newcastle-based Bourne Blue Architecture and features a grid-tied solar system, on-site wastewater treatment, and rainwater harvesting.

    I love these home and live in SC near Charlotte, NC in the USA. I’ve been searching to find affordable prefab homes and not having any luck actually finding prices or places to purchase. Can someone point me in the right direction. I would like to build one, complete for under $100,000.
