Rossiya's Flourish by Studio ToggleThis extraordinary dynamic LED design called "Rossiya's Flourish" was recently entered into the “Changing the Face – Moscow 2011" design competition to reimagine the city's Pushkinsky Cinema. It didn't win, but we thought Studio Toggle deserved some serious kudos for capturing the cinema's colorful and rocky history with such a clever, colorful concept. The axis of the entrance is rotated 30 degrees and is surrounded by LED-covered "ruffles" that project images and lead to a long processional corridor/bridge into the heart of the cinema. Flip through our eye-popping images, and find out how Gijo Paul George and Hend Almatrouk proposed to clad this mind-boggling facade after the jump.1
