The redevelopment project, designed by architecture firm <a href="http://www.mcgregorcoxall.com/#/projects/84" target="_blank">McGregor Coxall</a>, offers spacious playgrounds, barbecue areas, walking and bicycle tracks, facilities powered by <a href="http://inhabitat.com/new-telescope-solar-panel-design-doubles-efficiency/" target="_blank">solar panels</a> and grassy plains irrigated with grey water.1
