Tiny Tabletop Cardboard Christmas Tree from Cloudgate Design

SMALL Cardboard Christmas Tree

Last year Cloudgate Design brought us the Cardboard Christmas tree, and this year they’ve just launched the all new SMALL Cardboard Christmas Tree, which at 1 ft tall makes a great gift, is easier to transport, and works well as a table centerpiece. Like its larger 3 ft. tall predecessor, the SMALL tree is a nifty extended use of recycled corrugated cardboard and comes ready-made with decorations.

The new cardboard tree comes in a reusable box, so it can be decorated, repackaged, and mailed as a gift. The reduced size also makes the tree more versatile – perfect for tabletops, college dorm rooms, office workspaces, and children’s rooms. The tree comes in craft (the original box color) or white, and its pop-out decorations can be assembled in minutes

One of the things we liked best about last year’s Cardboard Christmas Tree was Cloudgate’s partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation’s Trees For America Program. This year, for every 4 SMALL Cardboard Trees purchased, Cloudgate will plant one tree in an American forest through donations to the Arbor Day Foundation.

The small tree retails for USD $9.95 and is available online at www.thecardboardtree.com and at selected retailers. The original Cardboard Christmas Tree is also available online for USD $19.95.

Cute! It seems like this would also be a good project to try making at home from reused cardboard.
