One stand-out lighting fixture that really caught our eye was this stunning 'Stamp Lamp'. The lamp is a flat-pack design that employs a simple stamping and pressing process designed for "instant consumption" straight off the production line.1
Flat Pack Lamp Design by Tom DixonThe Stamp Lamp starts off as a zinc-coated, steel sheet that is punched and pressed by two sheet-steel machines from industrial manufacturing giant, Trumpf. The sheet is then folded into a finished pendant by its owner, allowing them to become a part of the design process.2
