As part of NY Design Week 2013, <a href="http://www.remadedesign.com/" target="_blank">reMade</a>, an innovative New York design studio, curated a pop-up exhibition in Brooklyn featuring a series of shows featuring a collection of works designed by local artists. Their third show, on display last month, The Texture of (re)Contextualization: Upcycling The Urban Landscape <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/show-off-your-upcycled-art-and-designs-at-remade-nycs-pop-up-gallery/" target="_blank">called for</a> a varying collection of art, sculpture, furniture, illustrations, eco art and more made from recycled materials and products.
