Gallery: Valentin Vodev’s Partia...
Valentin Vodev is based in Austria
On a 3 hour charge, the Vienna Bike can travel as far as 37 miles, according to our friends over at Designboom. This is achieved when traveling at a rate of roughly 13.5 miles an hour, and with good old-fashioned peddle power mixed in with the electricity. Similar to Sanitov Studio’s Chinese-inspired cargo bike, the handy cargo box is situated at the rear end of the tricycle and can carry a load of up to 88 pounds. It’s easy to park, which is good for tight city spaces, and folds down to a size that is appropriate for the intrepid urbanite. Next question?

Where and when can one buy the fantastic Viennabike and what is the price?
The bike is great for older people!!
Vodev’s work is impressive. This bike, along with his other design (The expanding rear wheels to provide storage) have great designs. I think I want one of his “Child Pullers”. Perfect when I go out with my nieces and nephews. I wonder how much these retail for.
