84 Lumber’s Build Your Own package includes architectural blueprints for a tiny home, a material list, and a trailer built to meet the requirements of the selected house. All materials on the list can be purchased at 84 Lumber.
The semi-DIY packages include a “shelled-in” tiny house set on a custom trailer, complete with windows, a door, and a shower. The packages also include architectural blueprints and material lists for DIY-ers to add their own exterior and interior finishing touches. This is perfect for those who want to either change their lifestyle, or acquire a getaway vacation home.

The third, Move-in Ready package offers a fully outfitted tiny home on a custom trailer that is ready for move-in and immediate travel. It takes up to ten weeks to complete these homes.
