• Ecouterre Reports from the Designers & Agents Green Room
Last week fashion trade show Designers & Agents returned to New York City . An international marketplace featuring clothing and accessories from more than 1,000 independent designers, this event was on every buyer's and fashionistas' e-calendar. But it was the D&A Green Room (curated by our eco fashion website Ecouterre!) that really got us up in green -- in green clothes that is! Never one to miss a chance to promote eco-friendly fashion, our Inhabitorial team was on-site bringing live coverage from the event. This year's Designers & Agents Green Room was chockfull of serious design talent, and was -- we venture to say -- our favorite D&A yet. Check out our highlights from the event: our favorite drool-worthy garments for Fall 2010, pics of the designers showing off their work, and even our very own editors modeling their favorite garments from the show!

• Yuka Wears Jai Dress at Designers & Agents Green Room
Yuka Yoneda, our senior editor, strikes a pose in the Lady Ascot Dress by Jai. Made from organic wool from Vermont, the frock was inspired by designer Kizzy Jai Knight's hometown in England. Yuka: "Even though this dress looks fancy with its elegant drapes, it's incredibly comfy and perfect for a night out dancing, which totally makes sense since Kizzy comes from a dance background and Jai's underlying philosophy is to be 'playfully regal.'
