ICFF 2010: Our Favorite Finds from Designboom Mart!

<p>One of the best parts of the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/index.php?s=icff">International Contemporary Furniture Fair</a> every year is the <a href="http://www.designboom.com/nymart07nl.html">Designboom Mart</a> -- a little section, curated by the website <a href="http://www.designboom.com/">Designboom</a>, that is filled with fun designs by up-and-coming independent designers from around the globe. The best part: unlike the rest of ICFF, you can actually buy all the design goodness that is on display at the Designboom Mart. This year's <a href="http://www.designboom.com/nymart07nl.html">Mart</a> did not disappoint - click through the gallery to have a peek at our favorite finds!

Awesome leaf-shaped post it notes by <a href="http://appree.blogspot.com/2010/05/leaf-it.html">Appree</a> let you add nature to your workspace while reminding yourself to refill the toner.

<a href="http://briscella.bigcartel.com/product/urban-gridded-notebook">John Briscella</a> wowed us with his earrings that can be laser cut in the pattern of a gridded map of any location in the world!

We were baffled when we first came upon Michael Savons' booth - until he explained his idea of how to make traffic cones more aesthetically pleasing by shaping them like ducks crossing the street!
