Modular housing concept One+ by Swedish company Add-A-Room is just like Lego building blocks for homes. Based on 15 sq meter modules, the One+ system is designed for those needing extra space on their lot. Prefabricated in Add-A-Room's factory in Tyresö, the stylish little modules are made from local Swedish materials with tight insulation, energy efficient design, and a deck and pergola included!
