Just last week, the stunning 35-story tower hit a double when it was awarded with not only its green status, but at the same time its certificate of occupancy. A beautiful expression that includes a number of <a href="../sustainable-building" target="_blank">sustainable strategies</a>, undoubtedly one of the most impressive details of this constriction is that the innovative glass curtain wall was built to withstand winds of up to 300 mph!1
