Flora-Filled GSI Tower in Cancun Hovers Over the Caribbean

This stunning 20 storey double-tiered tower slated for Cancun definitely caters to the nature lovers of the world. <a href="http://www.sanzpont.com/">Sanzpont Arquitectura</a> combined a mall, hotel, and offices in one sassy building that will be both energy-efficient and comfortable. Using <a href="http://inhabitat.com/brooklyn-brownstone-gets-a-passive-house-renovation/">passive design</a> techniques and special materials for the eastern and western facades, the designers ensure a verdant urban environment full of air and light.
