As soon as you enter MOODs, a huge tactile moss wall greets visitors with a tranquil atmosphere, contrasting with stone grey floor, walls and ceilings. An organic-shaped black velvet sofa surrounds a central golden column offering a soft place to rest after a long journey to the bustling Czech capital.

At the reception, a magnific back wall made from chopped pieces of bamboo, lightened up from the back, shines with glory. The whole of the hotel internal system is runned by one of the sponsors, Apple Mac. People at MOODs know that first impressions are important.

Down by the corridor one finds the hotel's bar, also featuring a bamboo wall and a wrinkled paper decor. The bar, which guarantees all-day fun, is open 24 hours serving wines produced with no additives or preservatives and made by the most experienced makers in Italy.

Another interesting idea from MOODs is to let guests be their own DJ. You can choose music according to your own mood, even playing the best tunes directly off your IPod.

The stylish dining room is equipped with classic furniture from Artemide, set on a striking recycled wood floor. Within the menu, there is a wide variety of vegetarian food options and the cooks are always on the lookout for the latest local organic products.

The natural view from the dining room is provided by an enclosed winter garden, complete with a pebbled floor.

MOODs is the first Apple multi-media hotel in Europe, equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, IPod/IPhone, HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface), USB, audio, video and LAN (Local Area Network) connections in each of the hotel's 52 rooms.

The tranquil but specialized bedrooms also feature Artemide furniture and recycled wood flooring. The linen and towels are 100% cotton and the beds are only made from natural breathable materials avoiding the use of rubber, PVC and polyester. Because a good night sleep is important and guarantees a good mood during the day, the hotel has chosen to use Hästens beds in all rooms. Hästens is Sweden's oldest bed manufacturer and they proudly supply beds of the Swedish Royal family. Projected on the walls are some fragments of Three Golden Keys, a famous Czech book by writer Peter Sís that brings a poetic Eastern European atmosphere to the rooms.
