Made up of several reclaimed shipping containers, the three storey high apartment complex will provide 188 <a href="http://inhabitat.com/football-legacy-center-in-santa-cruz-brazil-raises-awareness-of-homelessness/">temporary homes to homeless</a> Japanese in Onagawa in the Miyagi prefecture.
