Located at the <a title="Quirky Scandinavian Eco-Designs Unveiled at CODE11 Trade Fair for Copenhagen Design Week" href="http://www.bellacenter.dk/" target="_blank">Bella Center</a> -- also famous for hosting the <a title="Quirky Scandinavian Eco-Designs Unveiled at CODE11 Trade Fair for Copenhagen Design Week" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COP_15" target="_blank">COP 15</a> United Nations Climate Change Conference back in 2009 -- this trade fair was highlighted by a bounty of exciting and new eco-designs. Coral Pendant is a flak-pack DIY lamp designed by David Trubridge and sold by Danish Roomstore. It is made from bamboo plywood and nylon clips, and comes complete with instructions for quick and easy assembly.

Alvi Silk Chair by Copenhagen Design School’s graduate Asa Karner is an FSC oak framed seat with a sculptural array of blue silk strings inspired by Scandinavian boats.

Made to last, sleek and flexible, this E-Book reader and laptop stand was built using Finnish molded plywood with birch veneer and renewable cork.

Designed by Danish company DanCof this recycled paper pulp biodegradable coffin will biodegrade with your body for dieying in a sustainable way.

Carlo Garn is a wine rack designer who ventured into furniture making by creating this fantastic ergonomic chair made out of recycled scrap wood sourced from wine barrels.

Re-cycle is a stool by Johan Lowegren made entirely out of bicycle parts. Bouncy inner tubes are used to create a textile, and a bike frame is used as a supporting structure.

Blow Armchair is a fantastic seating option by Malafor. The chair is made from recycled paper dunnage bags (aka airbags) commonly used for sea-container cargo impact protection.
