Dubbed Malbaie V residence, the four-bedroom building is embedded in the rocky hillside of <a href="http://www.villagedeslilas.com/a_capaigle.htm">Cap-à-l’Aigle</a> within the region of Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada. The residence is encased within a red cedar exterior and topped with a <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nau-architects-unveil-self-sustaining-living-roof-pod-home-concept/?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed">living planted roof</a> that insulates the building and helps to control rainwater runoff.1
