Superstudio Piu Milan Design Week 2012 ExhibitionSuperstudio is always a highlight at the the<a title="Search: 2012 Milan events" href="http://inhabitat.com/index.php?s=2012+milan" target="_blank"> Milan Fuori Salone</a>, and this year's show was no exception. <a title="Search: Superstudio" href="http://www.superstudiogroup.com/index.php?disp=suppi" target="_blank">Superstudio Più</a> and <a href="http://www.superstudiogroup.com/index.php?disp=sup13">Superstudio 13</a> took to the Zona Tortona district of the the fair, showcasing an array of fascinating pieces that almost looked like they belonged in a museum. Several well-known exhibitors also made an appearance, including the likes of <a title="Search: Foscarini" href="http://inhabitat.com/index.php?s=foscarini" target="_blank">Foscarini</a>, <a href="http://inhabitat.com/index.php?s=porsche" target="_blank">Porsche</a>, <a title="Canon.com" href="http://www.canon.com/" target="_blank">Canon</a>, <a title="Samsung.com" href="http://www.samsung.com/" target="_blank">Samsung</a> and <a title="LG.com" href="http://www.lg.com/" target="_blank">LG</a>. ARTernative Artistic Chair by Luca GnizioThe <a title="ForDesignFor by Luca Gnizio" href="http://www.fordesignfor.it/" target="_blank">ARTernative artistic chair </a>by<a title="ForDesignFor by Luca Gnizio" href="http://www.fordesignfor.it/" target="_blank"> Luca Gnizio</a> caught our eye for its innovative use of natural materials - and yes that is a small plant growing from the crack of the chair.2
Noushaz Mahini Tehrani Glass LampsTowards the end of the basement section we spotted these gorgeous colored glass lamps.3
SiStudio Orgiami Animal LampsChile-based <a title="SiStudio.cl" href="http://www.sistudio.cl/" target="_blank">SiStudio</a> unveiled a fantastic set of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/si-studio-unveils-gorgeous-origami-animal-lamps-at-milan-design-week/">folded origami lamps</a>.4
Slow Hand Design TextilesThailand’s <a href="http://slowhanddesign.com/">Slow Hand Design</a> works with local artisans to produce stunning products.5
Studio Mist-O Wooden Log StoolsThese wood and glass stools were designed by <a title="LeonardoTalarico.com" href="http://leonardotalarico.com/" target="_blank">Leonardo Talarico</a> & <a title="Mist-O.com" href="http://www.mist-o.com/" target="_blank">Studio Mist-O</a>.6
LED Clothes Hangers by Edoardo Colzani<a title="EdoardoColzani" href="http://www.edoardocolzani.it/" target="_blank">Edoardo Colzani</a> unveiled a line of luminous LED clothes hangers.7
Nendo Glass LampsThe Superstudio Più basement showcased <a title="Nendo.jp" href="http://www.nendo.jp/en/" target="_blank">Nendo</a>'s still and sparkling stand, which featured ingenious and simple mirrored glass flower domes and glass-blown lamps and <a href="http://www.nendo.jp/en/works/detail.php?y=2012&t=239" target="_blank">tables</a>.8
Foscarini 3D ExhibitThe ground floor of Superstudio Più showcased many famous brands like Samsung, Canon, Welchome and <a title="Cristalplant.it" href="http://www.cristalplant.it/" target="_blank">Cristalplant</a>. Some of these booths featured spectacular eye-catching cinematic exhibitions and 3D projections, like this one by Foscarini.9
Ciclotte Exercise Bike<a title="Ciclotte.com" href="http://www.ciclotte.com/" target="_blank">Ciclotte</a> unveiled a line of futuristic monocycle exercise bikes.10
Istanbul Mineral Exporters Association SculptureIn the outside yard we spotted this astonishing marble sculpture made by the <a title="TurkishStones.org" href="http://www.turkishstones.org" target="_blank">Istanbul Mineral Exporters Association</a>.11
Planika Bio-Ethanol StoveThis is a gorgeous bio-ethanol stove dubbed <a title="PlanikaFires.com" href="http://www.planikafires.com/" target="_blank">Planika</a> caught our attention for its monument-like form.12
Superstudio Designers Shine Bright at the Milan Furniture FairThere was also a big open space dedicated to the design simplicity of Swedish brand <a href="http://www.inredia.se/en/">Inredia</a>, which produces beautiful planters that serve multiple functions.13
