Responding to a lack of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/dandelion-clock-is-a-bodacious-modular-kindergarten-in-germany/">quality kindergartens</a> in Paris as well as prohibitive permitting requirements, the studio proposed to build a series of stick-clad three-story conical structures ideal for up to twelve children.1
