PUNCHouse Curb ElevationThe PUNCHouse is Santa Monica's first Energy Neutral LEED Platinum home. Two years in the making, Inhabitat was onsite the day of the opening and got a special tour of the house hosted by the Principal Designer, Marco DiMaccio. Working in tandem with journalist Lisa Ling and her husband Dr. Paul Song, DiMaccio managed to incorporate some interesting features into the details of the PUNCHouse that included using the remnants from the production of ECO counter-tops by Cosentino as bright bathroom wall-paneling. Careful thought and planning went into the home from start to finish, recycling 100% of the original home that occupied the site. PUNCHouse recently appeared on HGTV’s new show “Hollywood at Home” in April and May, and for those of you who missed it, we were able to capture the following exclusive pictures.1
