At first glance, Peruri 88 appears to be an architectural hodge podge of different buildings attached to one another.

The vertical city is based on a commercial platform which designed by Jerde. Rising from the commercial base are four towers, which support Peruri 88's residential and office spaces.

Jakarta is a densely populated city in need of green park space, so the architects incorporated gardens, swimming pools and green terraces throughout the entire structure. Local trees and plants will populate each floor, creating a forest in the sky that doubles as a natural air filter for the city.

Peruri 88 will offer units to suit every lifestyle - including smaller one bedrooms, lofts and townhouses. Each residential sector will have shared roof parks that will combine gardens with sports and recreation areas.

Lower levels contain offices, hotels and retail centers. The entire self-contained city will be capped with a panoramic restaurant, giving both residents and visitors a surround viewing point from their new neighborhood in Jakarta.
