Architect <a href="http://antonygibbondesigns.com/">Antony Gibbon</a> has distinguished himself as a master treehouse designer. Earlier this week, we showcased <a href="http://inhabitat.com/antony-gibbon-designs-lord-of-the-rings-styled-treehouse-could-offer-humans-elvish-like-accommodations/">Gibbon's Roost treehouses</a>; now, we've received renderings of another one of Gibbon's innovative treehouses. The <a href="http://antonygibbondesigns.com/inhabit.html">Inhabit treehouse</a> has a more contemporary form than his Roost treehouses, and it would make for an ideal treetop getaway that has a low impact on the surrounding forest.

Inhabit is a contemporary structure with a very sleek and minimalist design.

Antony Gibbon Designs respect nature and insists on developing treehouse solutions that do not destroy or disrespect the natural environment.

The lighting within the treehouse glows high up in the trees, while still not producing too much lighting interference to the natural surroundings.

Cedar cladding wraps the structure, while large viewing windows allow the occupants to watch nature change around them.

The entrance to this retreat structure is from below and allows for the design to feel much more like a watchtower to the surrounding environment.

The treehouse sleeps up to 6 people depending on the design layout and finished with a warm and comforting interior design.

The contemporary interior is minimal but very appropriate for such a simple structure.
