The 8-story building was inspired by Czech Cubism and addresses the architecture of surrounding buildings in the neighborhood. The building is enveloped in an efficient glass curtain wall, that serves as the first line of defense against energy losses.

The south and west facades feature vertical fins angled to shield the interior from receiving too much solar radiation, while the north and east facades are more open.

Inside, a massive atrium stretches from the ground to the roof and connects all the floors together. This indoor garden features a tree and a green wall and a winding staircase connects the floors. The atrium provides fresh air and reduces the need for artificial cooling.
