    Halloween is officially over now and we saw a lot of entertaining, inspiring and just plain weird costumes this year. After sifting through the submissions, we've decided that the Inhabitat Green Halloween Costume Contest first prize goes to the team of 'Green Building Fairies' from University of Tennessee.
