Where the Tides Ebb and Flow by Pedro MarzoratiArgentinian artist <a href="http://pedromarzorati.com" target="_blank">Pedro Marzorati</a> is raising awareness of global sea level rise with an eerie yet beautiful feat of poetic activism. In his land art installation “Where the Tides Ebb and Flow,” Marzorati submerges sculptures of electric-blue men in water that appear to slowly rise up and then sink down again in an arc formation. The artwork is located in Paris’ Montsouris Park and was installed to coincide with the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/tag/cop-21/" target="_blank">2015 Paris Climate Conference (COP 21)</a>.1
