Fashion and flowers overtook 583 Park Avenue last week for The Horticultural Society of New York's magical showcase of greenery-topped tables and fantastical floral arrangements. Taking just one day to complete their task, 30 different New York designers filled the Delano & Aldrich-designed architectural gem with their lavish creations reflecting this year's theme of “Couture en Fleur." Tying in everything from 1920s Paris fashion to Alexander McQueen's book "Savage Beast" to the over-the-top visuals of Cirque du Soleil, the fanciful tablescapes featured moss-covered mannequins, gowns made of botanical buds and more.

• Zaks
Zak Events took home Best in Show at The Horticultural Society's New York Flower Show for their menswear-inspired take on floral fashion. Contrasting gentleman's navy blue pin stripe with bright pops of yellow accessories and lilies, they wowed the judges with their escape from the traditionally feminine flower arrangement.

• Fleurs Bella
Fleurs Bella's serene moss-covered woman started out as a wood and metal mannequin covered with chicken wire. Their fantasy figure was then clothed in a blanket of moss and sprigs of flowers, giving the illusion that she had been growing in that spot for many years.

• Sebastian Li
Sebastian Li didn't hold back on the drama for his tablescape, which was adorned with a spray of peacock feathers. Even the black chairs got extra impact - they all wore colorful rubber corsets!

• Gramercy Park Flower
<a href="http://www.gramercyflowers.com/"Gramercy Park Flowers' display was a tall topiary topped by a sprinkling of yellow forsythia branches.

• Laura Clare
Laura Clare's tabletop was a fashionista's dream. Two mannequins appeared to use it as their catwalk, modeling fashion made of flowers.
