The monster storm swept through the city on Monday and <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/photos-hurricane-sandy-already-flooding-brooklyn/">caused destruction in every borough</a>, but despite the fallen trees, flooded subways and precariously dangling cranes, New Yorkers kept trucking on and many were out and about documenting the damage.
